Somatic Psychotherapy

Somatic psychotherapy works with the connection between the mind, body and emotions.

Core Development aims to create a safe space for you to be yourself - to move in your own way and at your own speed.

Like many people in our culture, I used to look for ways of coming closer to my goals. I thought I would be happier if I could be more successful at achieving my goals.

It was not until I experienced somatic psychotherapy that I fully realised that the real issue is more than about achieving goals. It is about the freedom and satisfaction of BEING MYSELF.
